This course has been designed to guide an organisation's HR team and managers through the investigation process. The course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to undertake internal disciplinary and grievance investigations confidently and competently. Thorough, well conducted workplace investigations will reduce the risk of your organisation being involved in costly, time consuming Employment Tribunal litigation.
The delivery of the workshop/s can be tailored to reflect the content of an organisation's own policies.
