Employment Rights Bill Update

Duration: 1-2 hours

The government published the Employment Rights Bill on 10th October 2024.  Once implemented, this legislation will make a number of significant changes to UK employment law.

On 1st July 2025, the government published a roadmap for the delivery of the Employment Rights Bill, ending speculation on potential implementation dates.  Some measures will take effect at Royal Assent with implementation continuing through to 2027.

Ensure that your HR Team and/or managers understand their responsibilities under the new legislation and are equipped to handle the changes in employment law.
