It is estimated that there are currently 13 million women in the UK who are going through Menopause. Menopausal women are the fastest growling demographic in the workplace. Regrettably, one in ten women is said to leave their employment during the Menopause.
Responsible employers can no longer afford to ignore the Menopause. In fostering a respectful, accommodating working environment, you can attract top talent and improve staff retention.
